Job Requirement

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or another related field
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in Finance & Accounting area.
3. Must have good communication and presentation skills.
4. Have knowledge of account receivable processes.
5. High proficiency in Computer applications, such as: Ms. Word, Ms. Outlook, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point and SAP
6. Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong follow-through required.
7. Details oriented and have good analytical skill

Job Description

1. Oversee customer billing, outstanding payment, collection, and aging.
2. Reminding customers of bills that will be due by sending a notification to the customer.
3. Issue a warning letter to the customer regarding overdue payment
4. Oversee customers who have fines for late payments so that the credit agreement and or handover process can becarried out on time.
5. Coordinate with sales in charge and bank in process of KPR submission.
6. Monitor outstanding KPR retention.
7. Monitoring daily bank statements and making accurate records related to customer payments
8. Monitoring units that have paid off to carry out and journal it in accordance with the payment process.
9. Monitoring KPA disbursement transfer from Bank and monitoring any incoming money.
10. Prepare and submit a report on the details of account receivable
11. Ensure all receivables have been classified correctly and on time according to the customer concerned and ensure receivables are accompanied by proper, valid, and complete supporting documents.
12. Ensure all transactions are recorded, documented, reviewed, and supported in accordance with company policies and controls.
