Accounting Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry into accounting systems.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Perform monthly and quarterly closing procedures and reconcile accounts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Support audits and coordinate with auditors to provide documentations.
• Prepare tax filings and support tax documentation as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years of related experience required.
• Have experience working in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
• Have basic knowledge in tax.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
