YOUR FUTURE TASKS:

• Accounting and Journal entry into system (Make general journal, Prepayment, Provision and post into Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Prepare and Report WHT 23, WHT 4(2), etc.
• Tax (VAT) invoice creation and distribution
• Handle contra entry and payment to Vendor (AP)
• Payment vouchers preparation
• Accounts Receivable monitoring and collection
• Withholding tax (WHT 23) reconciliation
• Archive all of Financial documents
• Handle cash in hand (Surabaya)
• Supervision of office procurement and General Administration duties

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Bachelor (S1) or Diploma (D3) holder in accounting
• 3 years of work experience in related field
• Proficient in English
• Knowledge & experience in Tax area
• Holder of Brevet A & B certificate is preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central is preferred
