ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung.

Job Description:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with management to prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances and making recommendations for improvements.
• Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate reporting.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and human resources, to support business initiatives and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding performance and strategic initiatives.
