Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input financial transactions into accounting software, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Account receivable: process customer invoices, track payments, and manage collections.
• Account payable: process vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, and coordinate payments.
• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements to general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Participate in other tasks or projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to be placed in Bandung (WFO).
