Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and accounts.
• Maintain and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Prepare and maintain financial data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
• Assist with payroll processing and other payroll-related tasks.
• Ensure that all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and properly filed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
