Responsibilities

  • Record general journal transactions (inventory purchases, supplies, utilities) using Accurate system.
  • Compile and analyze monthly sales reports from EDC (debit, QR, etc.), including administrative fee deductions.
  • Calculate and prepare PB1 tax reports in accordance with sales turnover.
  • Calculate and record depreciation of fixed assets (computers, equipment, furniture).
  • Manage petty cash and ensure entries are supported by physical evidence.
  • Perform bank reconciliations with bookkeeping journals.
  • Process stock opname results and prepare adjustment journals.
  • Calculate employee salaries and input payroll data into the Accurate system.
  • Prepare supporting data and documents for audit purposes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education D3/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in using Accurate system (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of basic taxation (PB1, Final Income Tax).
  • Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to work under deadlines.
