Responsibilities

  • Preparing financial report data Balance Sheet, PNL, Ledger
  • Perform weekly bank reconciliation
  • Record asset and insurance data in accounting
  • Perform a recap of head office and shop rent and utility payments
  • Carry out control over costs incurred based on submissions or claims.
  • Prepare and carry out reporting related to taxation every month according to the specified schedule (PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 26, PPh 21, and PPN)
  • Coordinate with other divisions regarding offline and online store transactions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Accounting Tax Supervisor
  • Proficiency in using the Odoo System, Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
