  • Maintain office records
  • Maintain office services and efficiency including facilities management , procurement, vendor assessment.
  • Review of certificates and invoices before issuance
  • Preparation of monthly database of clientele, shipments, invoices
  • Preparation of client’s quotation, maintaining records
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Fluent in the English language both written and spoken
