As an Admin & Finance Sr. Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's administrative processes and financial records, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in administrative and financial roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Possess strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and administrative procedures.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Oversee financial activities such as budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and assist in audits or compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain and improve filing systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and transparency.
