Job Description

  • Provide expert advice and personalized career plans to employees.
  • Maintain good communication with employees.
  • Evaluate the physical and mental condition of employees to identify areas of concern.
  • Conduct individual counselling sessions and design group sessions to understand and address the needs of employees
  • Develop, coordinate and manage wellness and engagement programs

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology with minimum GPA of 2.75
  • Clinical Psychologist with active SIPP and STR
  • Experienced in conducting private or mass counselling
  • Preferably candidate with counselling certification
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and quick in solving problems
  • Good communication in English
  • Willing to be placed in Batam.
