Admin Sales Property

Qualification :

1. Minimum D3 education preferably Office Administration, Accounting
2. At least 2 years of experience in the field of residential property or banking
3. Honest and meticulous, have a good attitude
4. Understand the sales administration process in the field of residential property
5. Hardworking and have good team work
6. Able to communicate well
7. Familiar with Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point
8. Placement in Depok
   

Duties and responsibilities :

1. Coordinate with sales / sales agents to complete customer data
2. Make Weekly Sales report
3. Update sales unit stock
4. Coordinate with sales / sales agents to ensure customer payment methods and payment processes are as specified
5. Coordinate with banks and other departments for the mortgage process
6. Ensure all administration and sales documents are complete in accordance with SOP.
7. Coordinate with sales agent and finance division for billing and commission payment process, and ensure all documents are complete and correct
