Administration of Google Suite - AKRUA: Mengelola aspek administratif Google Suite untuk AKRUA, termasuk manajemen email dan mengatur dokumen di Google Drive.

Reimbursement for Staff Meals/Transport: Memproses permintaan penggantian biaya makan dan transportasi staf, memastikan akurasi dan pencairan tepat waktu.

Invoicing of AKRUA Clients: Menyiapkan dan mengirimkan faktur kepada klien AKRUA sesuai dengan syarat yang disepakati dan layanan yang diberikan.

Follow-Up on Outstanding Invoices: Memantau dan menindaklanjuti faktur yang belum lunas dengan klien untuk memastikan pembayaran tepat waktu dan menjaga hubungan positif dengan klien.

Payment to Vendors: Memproses pembayaran ke vendor atas barang dan jasa yang diberikan, memverifikasi faktur, dan memastikan kepatuhan dengan syarat pembayaran.

Monthly Tax Payment & Reporting: Mengoordinasikan pembayaran pajak bulanan dan menyiapkan laporan pajak sesuai dengan persyaratan regulasi.

Bookkeeping and Financials of AKRUA clients: Membantu dalam menjaga catatan keuangan yang akurat dan melakukan tugas-tugas pencatatan untuk klien AKRUA.
