Job Description

• Handling for message and comment in social media
• Handling for message and offering from vendor or client in whatsapp
• Updating student database and equipment
• Reminding & follow up potential students
• Monitoring & reminder for training schedule
• Meeting and visit with client or vendor
• Administration & Sales Support
• Approach clients and take responsibility for retention

Job Requirement

• Min. Diploma's degree in related field (Marketing, Communication, etc.)
• Having experience in Customer Relation field min. 1 year (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Excellent communications/human relations skills (written, verbal, client service)
• Having good knowledge of customer relations and familiar with using social media
• Possesses a passion for sports (Escpecially Football)
• Accustomed to using Ms. office and able to make data analysis
• Able to work on Weekend
• Having good knowledge about digital marketing is a plus
