Jobs Description

Support sales administration processes including data entry, order tracking, and ensuring completeness of sales documentation
Maintain and update customer and sales data regularly using Excel and internal system
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliver
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Handle professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders via email and phone, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Requirement

Age: 20-30 Years old
Education: Minimum D3 from any major
Experience: Preferably Sales Admin at least 1 year in related field
Preferably had background in Startups or FMCG industry
Skills: Intermediate Excel, excellent communication skill, attention to detail
Base in Surabaya/Malang
