Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hotel industry, preferably in Front Office or Guest Services.
- Proven track record in managing operations during shifts, including handling guest complaints, emergencies, and staff supervision.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of customer service orientation and guest relations expertise.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) and standard operating procedures.
- Good understanding of revenue management principles and room inventory control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
