What You’ll Do
Process changes in employee status, job roles, cost centers, and pay
Maintain and update payroll and personnel data with precision
Respond to internal and external requests for HR-related information
Ensure compliance with policies and audit standards
Support reporting and documentation flow across HR systems
Identify and implement process improvements using LEAN principles
What You Bring
Diploma or bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or shared services
Proficiency in Excel, HRIS (e.g., Workday), and CMS tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data
Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
