Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and creative development to monitoring and optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tiktok Ads Manager, and Shopee Ads Dashboard.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align ads with brand identity and business objectives.
  • Effectively manage advertising budgets across platforms to ensure optimal results at minimal cost.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimize budget allocation to maximize efficiency and performance across all ad channels.
  • Prepare regular reports on advertising metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, ROAS, etc.) and provide insights to management for actionable decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital ads in Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail (fashion, beauty, FMCG) is a plus
