Aesthetic Device Sales Representative (Penempatan Makassar)

Requirements:
1. Must have sales experience of aesthetic medical device in distribution company and have a database of aesthetic clinic clients.
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to handle work pressure. Fluent in English communication.
4. Proactive work attitude, good team spirit, high sense of responsibility, and self-motivation.
5. Willingness to travel, and having a driver's license is a plus.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop new clinic clients, maintain existing client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
2. Formulate and execute sales plans based on company sales targets to achieve sales goals.
3. Conduct market research, gather industry information, understand market dynamics and competitor situations, and provide market feedback to the company.
4. Responsible for the promotion and sales of the company’s products, introduce product features and advantages to clients, and provide solutions.
5. Sign sales contracts, follow up on contract fulfillment, ensure timely delivery, and collect payments.
6. Resolve customer issues promptly, coordinate to provide after-sales service, and enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Submit regular sales reports, report sales progress, analyze sales data, and propose improvement suggestions.
8. Participate in company-organized product and sales skills training, and continuously enhance professional capabilities and sales techniques.
