Affiliate Marketing Specialist

UltaHost is a leading multinational web hosting provider, established in 2018 and headquartered in Middletown, Delaware, USA. Since our founding, we’ve expanded our global footprint to include over 32 data centers worldwide, with additional strategic locations in Dubai, the United Kingdom, and Turkey.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to expand our affiliate network across APAC countries, while also supporting global initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands the diversity and nuances of Asia-Pacific markets and is passionate about scaling digital partnerships across cultures.

You’ll be responsible for growing our regional presence by building strong relationships with affiliates, influencers, and local content creators, while also contributing to our worldwide affiliate program strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy tailored to the APAC region.
• Recruit, manage, and support affiliates, influencers, and bloggers in APAC countries.
• Launch and manage localized affiliate campaigns aligned with cultural events, holidays, and market behaviors in key countries.
• Create English-language promotional materials to support affiliate success.
• Monitor affiliate performance, offer support and training, and optimize affiliate success through best practices.
• Work with internal departments to develop APAC-specific landing pages and marketing creatives.
• Ensure all affiliate activities comply with local laws, advertising standards, and data privacy regulations.
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve results and drive affiliate growth.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally in web hosting, SaaS, or the broader tech industry.
• Strong understanding of the APAC affiliate marketing landscape, including trends, platforms, and regulations.
• Proven success in building and managing affiliate partnerships across multiple countries or cultures.
• Fluent English
• Experience working with digital tools and affiliate platforms (e.g., Post Affiliate Pro, Tapfiliate, etc.).

• Existing network of affiliates, influencers, or partners in APAC countries.
• Experience in multilingual marketing campaigns or localization strategies.
• Ability to navigate different cultural contexts with sensitivity and adaptability.
