• Responsible manage Agency sales discipline activities to achieve the KPIs (APE, Active Agent, Recruitment (FLC), Sharia APE, Average Case Size & quality business)
• Responsible to upgrade Agency Knowledge, Skill, Attitude and Leader’s Habit for highest productivity and professionalism.
• Provide excellent agency support for every agency offices by managing flow of information and ensuring that the system and procedures are in compliance with company policies & regulations
• Responsible for arrangement, execution, completion, and delivery of special projects / initiatives from company
• Arrange, execute, and deliver results of special projects / initiatives from company.
