The Role

Konsultan Teknis Pertanian

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Memberikan saran kepada petani dan klien tentang penggunaan pupuk, benih, dan input pertanian.
• Menilai kondisi tanah dan tanaman di lahan klien, serta menyusun rencana pemupukan dan pengendalian hama.
• Mengorganisir dan berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan teknis pertanian, demonstrasi di lokasi, dan kegiatan promosi produk.
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim penjualan untuk memberikan dukungan teknis purnajual kepada klien.
• Mengumpulkan tren pasar pertanian dan umpan balik hasil panen, serta membantu mengoptimalkan solusi produk.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Providing advice to farmers and clients on the use of fertilizers, seeds, and agricultural inputs.
• Assessing the condition of soil and crops on client fields and developing fertilization and pest control plans.
• Organizing and participating in agricultural technical training, on-site demonstrations, and product promotion activities.
• Collaborating with the sales team to provide post-sales technical support to clients.
• Collecting agricultural market trends and harvest feedback, as well as helping to optimize product solutions.

Ideal Profile

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

• Diploma atau lebih tinggi di bidang pertanian, perlindungan tanaman, ilmu tanah, atau bidang terkait.
• Setidaknya satu tahun pengalaman dalam teknik penanaman pertanian, penggunaan input pertanian, atau manajemen pertanian.
• Pengetahuan agronomi dan keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.
• Mampu beradaptasi dengan pekerjaan lapangan dan bersedia memberikan bimbingan di lokasi di lahan pertanian dan di ladang.
• Mahir menggunakan perangkat lunak perkantoran dasar.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher in agriculture, plant protection, soil science, or related fields.
• At least one year of experience in agricultural planting techniques, use of agricultural inputs, or farm management.
• Knowledge of agronomy and good communication skills.
• Able to adapt to field work and willing to provide on-site guidance in agricultural land and fields.
