AI Content Writer Intern

Our Content Writer will contribute to the overall successful usage of Qiscus products by producing exceptional and understandable technical articles, especially in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI). What You Will Do:

• Work with the AI team to learn about and understand our AI tools and content requirements
• Learn to translate complex AI concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content for various audiences
• Assist in drafting and editing documentations, ensuring a cohesive and consistent voice across all AI-related materials
• Help maintain organized databases of reference materials, including research, usability notes, and product specifications
• Review existing documentations and suggest improvements under the teams guidance to enhance clarity and readability
• Contribute creative ideas for AI-related blog posts, tutorials, and articles, to support the teams content strategy
  
  
  

What You Will Bring to the Role:

• Proven experience in technical writing/content especially in IT. Familiarity with AI is a plus point.
• Possess good understanding of IT and tech product development
• Able to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and make them easily understandable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for details
• Proficient in English (specifically written)
