Job Purpose
Provide day-to-day administrative support for Airfreight Operation Team
Key Tasks
- Under close guidance and supervision, provide administrative support on processes and activities for freight forwarding operation.
- Perform generally repetitive routine activity such as shipment document arrangement.
- Manage communication with internal stakeholder as required
- Ms Office Suite specially Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Well versed of written & verbal English
- Good time management and self-discipline
- Good communication skill
