Ambassador Coordinator

The Ambassador Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, managing, and supporting brand ambassadors to enhance community engagement and brand awareness. This role involves developing ambassador programs, ensuring smooth communication, and providing guidance to ambassadors to maximize their impact. Additionally, the role includes managing the brand’s TikTok account and actively participating as on screen talent to enhance visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities :

• Recruit & Onboard Ambassadors – Identify, select, and train ambassadors to represent the organization.
• Manage Ambassador Activities – Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure ambassadors meet program objectives.
• Engage & Motivate Ambassadors – Maintain strong relationships, provide support, and recognize top contributors.
• Plan & Coordinate Events – Organize meetings, workshops, and networking events for ambassadors.
• Monitor Performance & Impact – Track ambassador activities, analyze engagement, and report on program success.
• Maintain Communication – Act as the primary point of contact between ambassadors and the organization.
• Managing the brand’s TikTok account and actively participating as on-screen talent to enhance visibility and engagement.

• Must be an Indonesian citizen.
• Must be willing to participate in a one-year remote internship program.
• Must be willing to serve as a committee member for YBB programs for one year.
• Must possess good physical and mental health, along with strong communication skills.
• Must be capable of performing effectively under challenging circumstances.
• Must be tech-savvy.

Required Tools & Softwares :

• Communication: Slack, WhatsApp, Email, Zoom.
• Task Management: Trello, Asana, Notion.
• Event & Engagement: Eventbrite, Google Forms, Canva (for materials).
• Tracking & Reporting: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms.
• Capcut.
