Key Responsibilities:

• Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support any departmental/GBG project or initiatives implementation.
• Collaborate with other members of the department to ensure that JCB’s targets are achieved.
• Prepare various reports including but not limited to Branch performance (Balance Score Card) or presentation material

Requirement

• Min. Bachelor's degree, in finance, marketing, or other related field
• Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office skill
• Good command in English
• Analytical, problem solving, communication and negotiation skill
