Responsibilities

  • Trains and ensure that customers are properly and optimally able to operate the medical device and/or research laboratory products they have purchased.
  • Re-trains clients when systems or technologies have been upgraded
  • Provides on-going customer support and re-visits clients.
  • Develops instructional programs.
