• Receive information about the Customer’s potential complaint and complaint from related Dept to be followed up by Sales Team
• Inform to Sales Team regarding Customer’s potential complain and complaint that need follow up from them
• Monitoring and controlling the progress in the log data
• Communication to any relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Final year student or fresh graduate from any major
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
• Committed to do 6 months internship period
• Adequate knowledge in basic Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word and Power Point
• Good understanding of administration process
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Have desire to learn along with professional drive
