- Receive information about the Customer’s potential complaint and complaint from related Dept to be followed up by Sales Team
- Inform to Sales Team regarding Customer’s potential complain and complaint that need follow up from them
- Monitoring and controlling the progress in the log data
- Communication to any relevant stakeholders
- Final year student or fresh graduate from any major
- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
- Committed to do 6 months internship period
- Adequate knowledge in basic Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word and Power Point
- Good understanding of administration process
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Have desire to learn along with professional drive
