• Preparing the policy benefit modification letter (IMJAL Claim letter process)
• Sending a copy of the medical report to the client via email
• Creating a listing of invoices/bills for clinics or hospitals for Prudential prospective clients' examinations

Requirements:

• Final year or fresh graduates from any major
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) in South Jakarta
• Committed to do 6 months internship
• Basic Insurance knowledge
• Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and has good inter-personal skills
• Good communication skill, able to speak and write in Bahasa and English
• Advance in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Any experience in Policy Holder Services in Life Insurance industry will be preferred
