Job Descriptions :
- Prepare design plan and/or review design plan from consultants, develop design details, and ensure design drawings are proper, complete, and accurate.
- Prepare drawings necessary for project's planning & development permit/ project tender.
- Propose building and material specifications.
- Coordinate with parties related to the design plan.
Job Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Architect in property industry.
- Able to operate Ms. Office, AutoCAD, 3D Studio, CorelDRAW, Sketchup, Photoshop.
- Familiar with DED, “for con” drawing, and material specification.
- Oversee architectural design/ documentation team with detail design resolution.
- Have a quick response character in providing solution.
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
