Area Manager (Operations Specialist) - BSD

Job Descriptions :

• Become the person in charge for all gas stations owned by the company
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the gas station, EV charging, and renewable energy projects to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
• Manage fuel and other product inventories, and place orders as needed
• Supervise staff performance, provide training and development, and address employee issues
• Prepare financial and operational reports and analyze data to improve performance.
• Maintain good customer relations and handle complaints or issues that arise.
• Develop marketing strategies to boost sales and customer loyalty.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other relevant parties to ensure product and service availability.

Job Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in management, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in the gas station or retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding HSE (safety), any HSE certification / certified is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety standards and government regulations related to the gas station, EV charging, and renewable energy projects.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City.
