Job Description:
Account Management
- Upgrade product knowledge to partner
- Maintain good relationship with partner/ dealer
- Update sales progress to partner (Sell thru and Sell Out)
- Maintain and knows the partner in details
Sales Achievement
- Increase sales growth in partner
- Maintain market price (offline and online)
- Help partner to achieve the target (monthly & quarterly)
Sales & Marketing Analysis
- Checking competitor movement and counter with action plan
- Expand the share of TP-Link in region (region development)
- Suggest and coordinate with marketing team regarding the activity details (ATL/ BTL support)
Requirements:
1. Have experience as sales person minimum for 3 years
2. Have strong interpersonal selling skill and negotiation skill
3. Aggressive and quick response
4. Strong in details and analysis
5. Target oriented
6. Communicative and good in teamwork
7. Good communication in English
8. Have job experience background in consumer division (non B2B)
9. Working experience in IT/ Mobille Phone(not operator) / Networking/ Consumer Electronics company (not in CCTV)
