Area Sales Supervisor - Pekanbaru

We are looking for a potential talent to be an Area Sales Supervisor (Based in Pekanbaru - Riau).

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Experience in handling distributor lead sales team.
• Proactive, self-disciplined, and independent.
• Result-oriented, good sales track record.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in leading, directing and motivating the distributor’s sales team to ensure sales and distribution targets set are achieved.
• Implement the sales strategy plan.
• Propose, execute, monitor and evaluate sales-related promotion activities.
• Assist distributor in generating sales opportunities and building distribution.
• Conduct joint visits and attend weekly meetings with the distributor team.
• Weekly sales report and market update.
