Area Supervisor - Bandung

• Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets within the designated area to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and expansion within the area.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and company policies across all outlets.
• Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive threats to formulate effective strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the F&B industry.
• Ability to provide guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent performance across multiple locations.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts across different locations.
