Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing creative projects, including branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to develop creative solutions that meet business goals.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the companys visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and integrate fresh ideas into creative strategies.
- Support the Creative Manager in mentoring and guiding team members.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with project management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Other: A keen eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
