ASSISTANT ADMIN MANAGER

We are a multinational Company in Metal Stamping location at Cammo Industry Batam Centre looking for dedicate and committed candidates to join us:

ASST. ADMIN MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily office operations
• Managing administrative staff
• Maintain weekly report submit to HQ timely
• Check purchase Order and incoming PO from customer
• Oversee purchase material order, forecast customer
• Update labor law and local government regulation (OSS)

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with material planning/PPIC (preferable)
• Know well about Labor Law and well update for Local government regulation (OSS)
• Proficient in English and able to speak Mandarin or Teo Chew
• Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in office management or related field
• Have an Experience in manufacturing company or production field.
