MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
To assist Learning & Development Manager in achieving the hotel's goals by ensuring that all employees receive the training required in order to perform his/her job competently in accordance with Shangri-La Group standards. The responsibilities include assist in preparing, communicating, and implementing an annual hotel training plan, conduct training and orientation program for all employees. Asst. Learning & Development Manager is also required to assist Learning & Development manager in ensuring the regular training plans are implemented and followed in all departments, monitor and control the use of hotel training facilities and equipment, to keep comprehensive records of all training activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Oral and written fluency in English
Computer literate
University/diploma/degree in training & development management, hotel industry of related skills
Minimum 2 years' of experience in similar capacity
Hotel operational background
