Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major, preferably in logistics Management Background (Economics, Accounting, Management )
  • Excellent Organizational and Planning skills
  • At least 3-4 years of experience (Supply Chain Management - Logistic FMCG)
  • 2 years of experience as a leader
  • Excellent decision making, conflict & time management
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations and distribution management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Supervise and Monitoring Delivery and Warehouse KPI
  • Responsible Stock Count Process, Accuracy and Improvement
  • Badstock Management
  • Fleet Management
  • Monitoring administration of operational daily routine
  • Assists LM in developing and implementing Logistics Strategy to Enhance Operational Excellence
  • Assists LM to set up and maintain Warehouse Layout for Optimal Space Utilization
  • Assists LM to ensure Logitistic Activities comply SOP - Co-Work with Internal Auditor
