  • Follow-up on requests and pick-up schedules for all departments
  • Complete daily USPH self inspection checklist
  • Assigning/ distributing task and projects to HS Stewards
  • Inventory of assigned area (Food, Bonded or General Supplies)
  • Follow-up Hotel Stores Steward duties and responsibilities; train as needed
  • Provide and submit technical reports via espresso
  • Ensure placement of external requests; track order numbers
  • Monitor daily fridge and freezer temperature logs
  • Provide operational support to Hotel Stores Manager
