- Follow-up on requests and pick-up schedules for all departments
- Complete daily USPH self inspection checklist
- Assigning/ distributing task and projects to HS Stewards
- Inventory of assigned area (Food, Bonded or General Supplies)
- Follow-up Hotel Stores Steward duties and responsibilities; train as needed
- Provide and submit technical reports via espresso
- Ensure placement of external requests; track order numbers
- Monitor daily fridge and freezer temperature logs
- Provide operational support to Hotel Stores Manager
