Assistant Manager - Internal Audit and Compliance

Tasks and responsibilities

• Conducting J-SOX testing and internal audit projects in accordance with the approved annual audit plan by the Audit Committee (AC) / IA RHQ.
• Responsible for the preparation and review of Risk Control Matrix (RCM) and test plans.
• To support in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) audit review covering Labor, Ethics and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
• To perform quarterly compliance reviews and reporting to IA RHQ.
• Responsible for the Entity Level Controls (ELC).
• Responsible for evaluating and recommending improvements based on audit findings.
• To monitor and report on the follow-up audit action plans to the IA RHQ.
• Independently conduct specific audit tasks assigned by IA RHQ and management based specific audit requests.

Knowledge:

• Strong analytical and good communication skills with sound knowledge of auditing and relevant statutory requirements.
• Able to generate and write Internal Audit Reports after conducting field audits.

• Degree/Professional Qualification in Accounting and Finance or Auditing discipline

• Drafting Internal Audit Reports.
• Management experience

Experience:

Minimum 5 years working experience in internal and/or external audit environment.

Experience in Internal Audit/Compliance in a Manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of Audit software tools will be an added advantage.

SAP and Microsoft Office Tools.
