Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house team
• Set schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team skills and service quality.
• Address employee issues, resolve conflicts, and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
Customer Service:
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring top-notch service and resolving customer concerns.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
Operational Oversight:
• Assist Restaurant Manager to handle day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and control costs to achieve budget targets
Marketing and Promotion:
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers, including promotions, events, and collaborations.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular periodic reports of operations
Qualifications:
• Max 38 years old
• Willing to work in Serang
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager minimum 2 years
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations
• Proficient in inventory management
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
