Job Summary
Job Title: Coupa Business Analyst Location: Cisco, Indonesia Years of Experience: 10 15 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Coupa Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Coupa implementation and business analysis, with a focus on enabling technology projects across various Coupa modules including P2P, invoicing, contracts, sourcing, expense, inventory, and analytics. This role will involve leading design workshops, supporting technical integration, and ensuring that project deliverables meet client requirements. Responsibilities Serve as a key implementation resource for Coupa technology enablement projects. Lead and facilitate design and configuration workshops to capture business requirements and develop future state designs. Provide Coupa configuration guidance as required. Support technical integration design workshops with client technical teams for interface development. Document project deliverables including future state process designs, integration functional specifications, data mapping requirements, configuration rationale, testing plans, testing scripts, and training documents. Perform configurations, data loads, and unit tests based on client design requirements. Lead and facilitate testing sessions with clients to ensure requirements are met. Mandatory Skills Proven experience in Coupa implementation, specifically in P2P, invoicing, contracts, sourcing, expense, inventory, and analytics. Strong business analysis skills with the ability to understand and document requirements around requisitions, POs, invoices, receipts, and tolerances. Experience in managing Coupa Admin tasks, including configuring Chart of Accounts, approval chains, PO customizations, tax codes, and PO transmission methods. Ability to deploy best practices in Coupa. Experience with supplier enablement, punchouts & catalogues, contracts, PO cXML, and invoice transmission processes. Familiarity with compliant invoicing and invoice posting in Oracle ERP systems. Coupa certification is required. Preferred Skills Experience with FIT Gap Analysis and Coupa release upgrades. Experience in SIT/UAT testing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 15 years of relevant experience in business analysis and Coupa implementation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
