Our Bill to Cash Customer Experience team is embarking on an exciting journey as it Processing promotion and logistic claim from the customer and continuous improvement of the process

Main Responsibilities
- Receive, register claims (promotion, pricing, logistic claim)
- Investigate claims whether they are duplicated, before registering
- Trade Terms and logistic Claims management
- Analyze trade terms agreements and assess whether they are compliant or not- specializing in trade contracts and promotion setups
- Regularly review process and continuously improve process through automation
- Seek additional information from business partner
Experience & Qualification
- Min bachelor’s degree in engineering/finance
- Experienced in handling supply chain operational role
- Experienced working with external parties is preferred
- Prior min 1 year work experience in related operation business would be an advantage
- Prior minimum 1 year work experience in other FMCG company (Logistics, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Experience & Commercial)
- Candidate must be able to operate Mastery in Excel, Power BI, Power Point, SAP System and fluency in English
- Team-oriented, detail-oriented, independent, and knowledgeable about supply chain operations.
