• Conduct research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activities
• Anticipate consumer trends, stay up-to-date to current industry trends and mainstream culture
• Prepare and develop product and sales concept according to Brand
• Implement marketing plan and strategy to support and create brand image which can be accepted by consumer
• Regulate all aspects of activities associated with the brand, like consumer insight, media planning, consumer & trade promo, market research, product development, pricing, S&OP forecasting, financial mix, and P&L management
• Evaluate new products that use the brand which is concerned during the periode of launching
