Main Responsibilities

This role will be the Response Planner for Skin Cleansing Liquid and Baby Care for ensuring service level as per Business Ambition to Growth. The role will be part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team led by Integrated Planning Personal Care.

  • Responsible for delivering Service, Cash (Inventory), and Cost (Business Waste reduction), through close collaboration with Factory, Customer Experience, Logistics, Marketing, and CSP Team
  • Delivering service level with constant optimization of inventory by leveraging structural capabilities such as Reduce on unhealthy stock, MOQ reduction, and Inventory against OR/Capacity optimization
  • Responsible on the production planning to create feasible production plan to meet future demand and norm effectively and efficiently by considering stock policies, productions, and sourcing parameters.
  • Build and implement capacity planning for each innovation
  • Support Category GM Improvement Target through the 5S pillars

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Prior minimum 1 year work experience in other FMCG company would be an advantage

Skill

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Have capability on Kinaxis would be an advantage
