Job Description:
  • Perform internal audits on operational and inventory role to ensure compliance with company policies and established procedures.
  • Execute the audit schedule according to Rencana Kerja Audit Tahunan (RKAT) of the Internal Audit division, in line with the established targets and priorities.
  • Develop audit plans, gather data, conduct analysis, and perform examinations to verify the integrity of financial and operational reports.
  • Prepare audit reports that include findings, recommendations for improvements, and areas requiring further attentionPerform physical inventory counts, observe operational processes, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in preparing audit reports, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate audit findings to management and suggest corrective actions.
  • Ensure all audit activities are carried out in accordance with company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on audit recommendations and ensure their implementation.
  • Assist with other audit activities as required, such as financial audits and internal control assessments.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualification:
  • Minimum S1 in Accounting, Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in inventory and operational field audits.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and audit procedures.
  • Proficient in using audit software (Accurate & ERP Program).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work overtime (if needed).
  • Willing to follow recruitment process in Mangga Dua, Jakarta Pusat.
  • Willing to work in Mangga Dua, Jakarta Pusat and mobile to all branches (Cibitung, Sunter, etc).
  • Willing to join ASAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in auditing (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor - CIA) is a plus.
  • Experience in auditing for large-scale operations or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
