We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AVP for our Corporate Banking division who is fluent in Mandarin to lead and expand our banking operations in Surabaya, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in corporate banking, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

What You'll Do
Lead the corporate banking team to achieve strategic objectives
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Oversee the execution of complex transactions and credit assessments
Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of excellence within the team
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate banking or related fields
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential; English proficiency is a plus
Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of managing client relationships effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
