We are expanding our reach and are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Business Development Manager to help grow our villa offerings with travel agents, online agents, and villa agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Sales Growth and Revenue Targets:
    Consistently achieve sales targets by driving revenue growth through B2B channels, focusing on sustainable strategies.
  • Drive New Business Growth:
    Lead the conceptualisation, development, and implementation of innovative products and systems that enhance service offerings, improve operational efficiency, and fuel business expansion.
  • End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management:

Identifying market needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful deployment and scalability of the solutions.

  • Increase Brand Visibility and Market Rea ch:
    Strengthen Villa Finder's presence by building strategic partnerships that boost brand recognition and drive engagement with travel and villa agents.
  • Monitor Performance and Address Needs:
    Track the performance of partner relationships, ensure their satisfaction with Villa Finder's offerings, and adapt strategies to align with changing market demands.
  • Contribute to Strategic Business Decisions:
    Provide valuable data insights and market intelligence to Villa Finder's leadership team, helping to shape decisions regarding product offerings, partner engagement strategies, and market focus.

About You:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or villa industry, with a proven track record of achieving growth targets and managing key relationships.
  • Strategic understanding of B2B partners, aligning with the company’s vision and executing plans through to completion.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Business acumen in B2B sales cycles, partnership management, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Analytical capabilities to assess performance metrics and optimise strategies for success.
  • Results and data-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with partners at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
