B2B Sales and Marketing

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.

* Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry, including enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, and startups.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.

* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions to meet their business needs.

* Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations.

* Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales support and regular follow-up.

* Prepare and present regular sales reports to management

* Work closely with the product and technical teams to stay updated on new offerings and technical capabilities.

* Assist in pricing and proposal creation in line with the company's strategy.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

* 2+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the IT industry.

* Proficient in English both verbal and written

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

* Experience with B2B sales in IT solutions, software, or technology products is highly preferred.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions.

* Basic knowledge of IT products and solutions (e.g., cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, networking) is a plus.

* Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.

* Ability to present ideas, products, and solutions in a clear and engaging manner.

* Strong problem-solving ability to overcome challenges and meet customer needs.

* Willing to work onsite in Yogyakarta
